President Hasan Çakar has issued a presidential decree which unilaterally grants recognition of various sovereign states in the hope for the establishment of formal diplomatic relations in the future. Under the decree, Hasanistan will also grant visa-free travel within its territory to various states it considers especially friendly.
The states that Hasanistan will unilaterally recognise include all members of the United Nations, the Vatican City, Northern Cyprus, Palestine, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria, East Turkestan, Chechnya, Donetsk, Luhansk, Western Sahara, Sealand, Seborga, Viadalvia, Jaisalmer (under the Harshvardhan dynasty), Radon, Karnia-Ruthenia and the DeWaco Estates.
It will grant 180 days visa-free travel, including limited business activities to the following nations: all participants of the Batyr Bloc, all member states of the Turkic Council, Konraq, Turkmenistan, Northern Cyprus, Mongolia, Japan, Hungary, Finland, Estonia, North Korea, Bosnia, Iran, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Qatar, Zimbabwe, Chad, Niger, Viadalvia, Northern Islands, Corea, Florensia, Freetown, Keumye, New Czechoslovakia, Arkadelphia, Ourania, Bartonia and GSMLL.
