2013 Batyr Prime Elections start!!!
The 2013 Batyr Prime Elections have started and all parties are fighting for influence in the Council of Primes in the Supreme Council. A Prime is the same position as the Mayor in other countries but has a different name. This will be the first time the Hasanistan Independence Party will participate in an election. Only 5 citizens will get to vote in these elections and an alternative vote system is used so you choose your 1st and 2nd favourite candidate.

Prime elections in Batyr!!!
On the 28th Sunday, 2013, an election will begin over who will be the Prime of Batyr. The Prime is just the name of the mayor of a Hasani district.

President to reveal the new constitution!!!
The President of Hasanistan, Tanju Çakar, is to reveal the new constitution very soon. He has said it will be revealed this week or next and it will stop "the final aftershock" from the single-party era.

Currency Debate!!!
A major debate been started by the new Hasanistan Independence Party (HSIP), the Independence Party wishes Hasanistan to have an independent currency as currently the Kazakh Tenge is the official currency. The HSIP says the use of the Tenge makes Hasanistan dependent on the Kazakh economy. The other separatist party, the Hasanistan Secessionist Party, is currently neutral on the issue and the other two parties have made no statement about the debate. The currency is planned to be called either the Som or the Hasani.

Peace and Unity Party dissolves!!!
The Peace and Unity Party dissolved today after Manu Tsompangolou renounced his Hasani citizenship. The head of government, Supreme Leader Hasan Çakar, has said "this is a sad day for an ally and member of the Hasani community to leave us however with all bad comes good". However a replacement party has been formed, Shady Morsi (a recently nationalised citizen) has formed the a replacement party but this party has been criticised by the ruling Progressive Party of Hasanistan because of it's similarity to the Hasanistan Secessionist Party and the Progressive Party of Hasanistan. Morsi's party is called the Hasanistan Independence Party and is a left wing party which supports secularity and supports Hasanistan's following of Turkmen neutrality. It also wishes to create an independent currency named after the Hasani ethnic group, the Hasani, due to Hasanistan using the Kazakh Tenge and not it's own currency.

Hasanistan's 3rd independence day!!!
The Republic of Hasanistan was declared a self-recognized independent state on the 7th of September 2011. The Hasani people united to form Hasanistan and on this day two years ago, Hasanistan declared independence from the opressing powers. To celebrate this, the Hasani government is trying to make the first cloth flag with the Hasani flag printed on and also Hasanistan will have a government meeting on seperatism and the possibility of a peaceful secession. Also we have had a rise to 8 registered citizens.
