The Charter of the World Hasanistan Alliance has been released after having been ratified by Hasan Çakar. The charter defines the organisational structure, its symbols and its inaugural constituent organisations. Under the Charter, the DÜNYAHASANİ shall be lead by a chief executive president elected by the members and three boards to oversee the organisation: the Mejlis, the Organisational Consultation Forum and the General Council. It shall be spit into eight chapters, six for the traditional provinces of Hasanistan and two branches for the diaspora (in other areas of the Great Turan State and outside of it).
Individual membership will be eligible for any former citizen of past Hasanistani polities, as well as Great Turan State citizens with a connection to Hasanistan. The constituent organisations of DÜNYAHASANİ shall be the Burea for HasanistanPedia and Archiving (renamed as the National Archives Organisation), Hasanistan Sports Federation, Hasanistani Turanic Society and the Batyr Times and the Hasanistan Radio and Television Organization (which shall be organised under the newwly-established Hasanistan Public Media Group). The Hasanistan Language Institution and the Hasanistan Women's League shall also be established to be inuagural members of the organisation, alongside the Hasanistan Public media Group.
