Başbuğ Hasan Çakar has issued a statement expressing concern over alleged conflict and violence, praising the end of unrest in Russia following a mutiny by the Wagner Group PMC after Belarusian mediation, called upon respecting the stability of Russia and using momentum to further promote peace in the region as follows.
The statement read as follows:
"On behalf the Hasanistani authority, we were deeply disturbed by the unrest after the mutiny by the 'Wagner Group PMC' and feared that the situation could escalate and cause civil war in Russia and harm for its civilian population and the wider region.
We are glad that President Lukashenka of Belarus mediated a peaceful solution to the dispute and prevented instability. We support and call on all elements in Russia to respect the constitutional order of the country.
Hopefully, we wish that this mood for mediation and peaceful settlement of disputes be applied in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, in respect of international law, territorial integrity and respect for human rights."
