Hasanistan establishes first diplomatic treaty since independence with Ashukovo

This morning, Chairman of the Provisional Council Hasan Çakar and Ashukov Minister of Foreign Affairs Manu Tsompangolou ratified a treaty which established an official diplomatic relationship between Hasanistan and the re-established Ashukov Federation. Ashukovo is the first nation to recognize Hasanistan's independence since the dissolution of the Principality of Pavlov.
Negotiations for the signing the treaty began on the day that Pavlov dissolved and Hasanistan unilaterally seceded. Ashukovo and its province hold a historic relationship with Hasanistan that dates back to the single-party period. Hasanistan most famously had an up-down relationship with the Ashukov province of Mouzilo during its independence prior to joining Ashukovo. The two were strong allies during some occasions and fierce rivals at others. The two nations were even in a federation together during 2013, although it did not last long.
Ashukovo is not the only nation that Hasanistan has discussed establishing a formal diplomatic relationship with as Mahuset and Karno-Ruthenia have also shown interest in becoming friends of the Hasani nation.
In other news, Asghar Reza has been appointed as the first member of the Provisional Council by the Chairman. Reza has also established Hasanistan's first party since independence from Pavlov, the Bogdanoff Orbital Government.
