Implementation of the new constitution delayed

The implementation for the new Hasanistani constitution has been delayed to at least the end of this week due to some minor setbacks and the fact it has not been completed on time. The constitution, which was expected to be formalized on the 22 May to coincide with the fifth anniversary of the establishment of Hasanistan's website, is expected by the end of this week or next week.
