First post-Pavlovian election held in Hasanistan for new President

Voters go the polls today to elect a new president of Hasanistan and Hasanistan first president since the dissolution of Pavlov.
Hasanistani citizens will have the choice between three different candidates: Shady Morsi of the Northern League, former president Tanju Çakar of the Progressive Party and Asghar Reza of BOG. The current incumbent Chairman and winner of the last presidential election Hasan Çakar withdrew from the election early on and instead chose to endorse Morsi.
The opinions polls held before the election and after Hasan's withdrawal have shown that voters are split between Morsi and Reza.
The president will be elected using a preference vote. If the first round ends in a tie, then the second preference of each voter will be added to their respective chosen candidates.
The President-elect will take his oath tomorrow. This presidential election is a part of a wider general election, with legislative and local elections for governors being held in two days time. Following the conclusion of all elections, the new President will select his cabinet and his Prime Minister.
