Hasanistan has become an observer state within the Micronational Assembly. Hasanistan's application for observership was approved on 8 December, where five member states present during the vote approved the proposal without any opposition.
Acting Prime Minister Hasan Çakar has stated that Hasanistan hopes for proactive engagement with the organisation and the enhancement of ties with its member states. The provisional govenment of Hasanistan has recently sought observer status in some notable intermicronational organisations to expand its diplomatic influence and end a period of alleged "international isolation" that the country has experienced. However, Hasanistan has ruled out full membership in any "large-scale micronational organisation" until the provisional government has completed the ongoing political transition.
