Expansive Realm of Khorashan established; Hasanistan joins

Following days of negotiations regarding the establishment of a new united state among the former nations of Pavlov, yesterday evening the leaders of Hasanistan, Pascaliyyah, the Qök Qoyunlu (a tribal federation of Qaragüliyyâh territories and Nazir) and later the Qërimoğulları formalized and agreed upon the Basic Law of the Expansive Realm of Khorashan (Khorașan) and announced its establishment.
The new nation, the Expansive Realm of Khorashan, shall be a united nation under the rule of His Imperial Majesty Ali Haydar Khan Afshar Shah, more commonly known as Alexander Karapavlovič outside of Khorașan. His Imperial Majesty has appointed a Vali for each of its constituent nations, now known as Vilayets (Vəlāyats), and they shall represent their now-province within the Realm's unicameral legislature known as the Qoroltay.
The head of the Qoroltay known as the Vazīr-e Azam was soon to be elected following the establishment of the nation. Initially planned as being a position rotated between the Valis to serve for a period of three months, it would later be decided that the Qoroltay nominate a Vali that serve as the Vazīr-e Azam. Elections within the Qoroltay for the position were soon held after the publication of the Basic Law. Initially, Hasan Çakar was the sole candidate for the position following Asghar Reza's withdrawal of his nomination and endorsement of Çakar, however following the Qërimoğulları Principality's late entrance within the Realm, Shady Morsi nominated himself as a challenger to Çakar. Çakar won the election against Morsi with 3 votes to 1.
The Expansive Realm claims to be the successor state of Afsharid Iran, as His Imperial Majesty claims to be a descendant of its founder Nader Shah through his cousin. In addition to this, the Realm has also been described as a spiritual successor to the Empire of Pavlov which was dissolved approximately two months ago.

Results of first Hasani referendum

Today, voters in Hasanistan went to the polls again for Hasanistan's first referendum. The referendum asked citizens five questions, two regarding reform to government structure, one regarding electoral reforms and two regarding the possibility of joining a micronational confederation. The referendum had a turnout of 75%, with 6 out of 8 registered citizens voting.
The results of each question were as follows:

The Cabinet of Hasanistan has released the questions and options for tomorrow's referendum. The referendum itself will ask the citizenry of Hasanistan four questions ranging from joining a micronational confederation to electoral reform.
The questions and options of the referendum are as follows:

Cabinet of Hasanistan decides to hold Hasanistan's first referendum

The Cabinet of Hasanistan has announced that a referendum will be held on Thursday, asking the citizenry for their opinion's on certain issues including the possibility of a new constitution and its content.
The idea for the referendum was soon proposed after President Reza declared a state of emergency. Its main proponent, Prime Minister Hasan Çakar, has said that the referendum was vital to see what the citizenry think of Hasanistan's current path and how they believe Hasanistan should progress. Other ideas that may possibly be asked in the referendum may be whether Hasanistan should join any confederations or international organizations.
The referendum itself shall be non-legally binding but Prime Minister Çakar has said that the government shall respect the results of the referendum.
The referendum is planned to be held on Thursday, allowing one day for campaigning. The questions of the referendum shall be released tomorrow.

President Reza declares state of emergency following exit of Qaragüliyyâh Bey; declares Pavle Savovic persona non grata

Today, President Reza made public the Qaragüliyyâh Bey Isa Musa's renouncing of Hasani citizenship and declared a nationwide state of emergency to prevent a constitutional crises arising from its implications. In addition to the invoking of a nationwide state of emergency, Reza has also declared Pavle Savovic persona non grata within Hasanistan.
President Reza gave the following statement regarding the declaration of a state of emergancy:

"Due to Qaragüliyyâh Bey revoking his citizenship, I must declare a state of emergency to protect constitutional order. This will grant me and my cabinet powers to pass decrees without legislative approval."

HH Qaragüliyyâh Bey, who had been made the head of state following the ratification of the Third Constitution on 24 June, recently revoked his Hasani citizenship following disagreements between him and Prime Minister Hasan Çakar over constitutional matters and the 2017 Unilateral Recognition Bill. His loss of citizenship led to fears of a constitutional crisis due to that any future laws, which would usually require his approval following the President's ratification, could not be officially passed without him. This has led to today's decision of the declaration of nationwide state of emergency, which allows President Reza and his cabinet to implement laws without the approval of either parliament or the Qaragüliyyâh Bey. This move has so far been unopposed.
It is believed that the future of Hasanistan will be discussed by the cabinet following the declaration of the state of emergency and that the possibility of a new constitution may need to be considered. There is also the chance that the current constitution can be retained if the Qaragüliyyâh Bey returns.
In other news, President Reza also declared Pavle Savovic, the totalitarian leader of the micronation Daljam and a controversial figure, persona non grata. Reza stated that Savovic had called him a "homosexual", accusations that Reza deny.

Savovic had contacted Reza and Prime Minister Hasan Çakar regarding the possibility of Hasanistan joining Savovic's proposed "Pavlist-Garsideist Union of Akebar, Daljam and Hasanistan". Reza rejected the offer and was in return insulted by Savovic. Reza and Çakar previously had contact with Savovic during Hasanistan's period in Pavlov, where Savovic lad the controversial Fascist Party and regularly plotted to overthrow the government of Pavlov.
