The 2026 eSports Games, virtually hosted by the Unitary Republic of Curnon and organised by the Micronational Olympic Federation, came to a close on the 28 May. The event is a multi-event competition where cyletes from various micronations compete in different online-based games, featuring a total of thirteen events.
Hasanistan participated in the event, its third time participation in an MOF-organised event and second at the eSports Games. Only one "cylete" was representing Hasanistan at the event, Hasan Çakar. Çakar had previously won two medals in past MOF events, although neither event (agar.io and mancala) in which he was a medallist was included in this edition's event roster. Çakar competed in the billiards, chess, rock-paper-scissors, Fruit Ninja and Pac-Man events, the first three being knock-out events and the latter being ranked events. Unfortunately, Hasanistan failed to win a medal in any event.
In summary of the cylete's performance in each event:
- Billiards: Eliminated in the first round by Matthew Salzer (Ladonia) by a score of two sets to one.
- Chess: Began in the second round, due to a tournament bye. Eliminated by Lucas (Satoshi), due to time disqualification during the game.
- Rock-Paper-Scissors: Eliminated in the first round by Dimitri (Lithoria) by a score of three games to zero.
- Fruit Ninja: Placed fifth with a score of 1222, out of thirteen placed participants.
- Pac-Man: Placed twelfth with a score of 8460, out of eighteen placed participants.
Hasanistan's "cylete" and the head of the national sports delegation to the Games Hasan Çakar thanked Curnon for hosting the event and congratulated all medallists and participants on a successful event.
Hasanistan will participate in the MOF's upcoming 2026 Tic-Tac-Toe Tournament, hosted by the Duchy of Firburg. Hasanistan has also expressed interest in placing a bid to host the next Intergames.
