Hasanistan will co-host the 2026 MicroWorld Cup, the Slopfest 2026 Intermicronational Haxball World Cup, with close ally Brennonia and the Kingdom of Yotamistan. The MicroWorld Cup is a new online football tournament that will be held concurrent with the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, itself co-hosted by a trio of countries (Canada, the United States and Mexico). It will be played over the browser game HaxBall and be played in a one-on-one format, with each team having one player.

The MicroWorld Cup is expected to be held on 14 June and will into mid-July, similar to the timeframe of the FIFA World Cup. Although a full list of participating nations has not yet been published, it is expected that there will be at least sixteen teams. However, one of the co-hosts (Yotamistan) will not itself compete due to undisclosed technical issues. The tournament format will be similar to the World Cup, with a round-robin group stage and a subsequent knockout stage.
The tournament is being organised by the hosting trio's governments, with the support of the Intermicronational Football Federation and the Union of Brennonia and Hasanistan. The event is also being sponsored by the Micronational Soccer World Series and the Brennonian-Hasanistani "Slopfest". Hasanistan's national broadcaster, the Hasanistan Today and Tomorrow Network, will publish some of the games on their Youtube channel.
The tournament was the idea of Hasanistan's Acting Prime Minister Hasan Çakar, who wanted to both create a intermicronational HaxBall tournament and a "micronational counterpart" to the FIFA World Cup. It is currently unconfirmed if it will become a re-occuring event.
As of publication, other micronations are free to apply to participate in the tournament.
