Shahanshah issues first ferman since return; establishes non-landed noble title and ennobles important figures

The Shahanshah His Imperial Majesty Iskender IV has issued his first ferman (royal decree) since his return to Hasanistan. The ferman re-established non-landed noble titles, meaning those not tied to any land division of Hasanistan. It also granted landed titles to two individuals, and non-landed titles to six individuals. Most of the titles have been given to Pavlovians, although one was given to a Hasanistani-only citizen.

Those granted titles are as follows:

  • Former President Tanju has been made the Agha of Ortasaray.
  • His Serene Highness Prince Yuri Ahmetovych Bohonenko has been made Beg of Batyr and also gained the title of Atabeg of Arapadalar (formerly held by Natsuki Hegro until now).
  • Abu Ali Mustafa al-Qasim, Modest Akhmetovych Saradzhev (former Viceroy of Hasanistan during the first Pavlovian period), Erikh Haroldovych White, Taras Mykolayovych Oliynyk, Khrystofor Slavomirovych Drakonov and Kristijan Karolvych Nevtonenko have been made non-landed Çelebis.
The full ferman may be read here.

About us

Hasanistan, officially the Federal Republic of Hasanistan (Hasani: Hasanistan Federal Jumhuriyeti), is a self-proclaimed state with territorial claims situated across the Greater Middle East region. Hasanistan has been described as a micronation or an alternative government by external observers due to its lack of international recognition and the minimal control over the regions it holds territorial claims upon.
