Results of second poll of 2020 Mejlis election released

The Batyr Times have revealed the results of the second poll of voting intentions in the leadup to the 2020 Mejlis election, with this poll having a sample size of five. The results show the People's Unity Party maintaining a strong lead with 60%. This is actually a 3 point increase from the previous poll, which showed the party at 57%. The Northern League and the Progressive Party were both tied at 20%, a positive sign for the Progressive Party who recieved no support in the previous poll but shows that either parties are. It is also interesting to note that no voter stated that they were undecided, unlike the previous poll which stated 28.57% were undecided.
The full results of the poll were as follows:

  1. People's Unity Party - 3 (60%)
  2. Progressive Party - 1 (20%)
  3. Northern League - 1 (20%)
  4. Other - 0 (0%)
  • Undecided - 0%
Campaigning for the election has so far been generally quite, although the People's Unity Party is believed to officially begin its campaign soon and announce its official candidate list.
